Rachael is passionate about holistic nutrition and the power of food as medicine. Her journey to becoming a Registered Dietitian was inspired by her own experience with gestational diabetes during her first pregnancy, which required daily insulin injections and led to a 100-pound weight gain. Through dedication and personal growth, she naturally lost the weight over two years, fueling her commitment to helping others.
She enjoys personal development and cherishes time with her husband of 18 years, their two children, two dogs, and a cat named Bear-Bear.

Rachael holds certifications in Precision Nutrition, Nutritional Therapy, and Professional Health & Wellness Coaching. These specialized trainings enhance her ability to provide personalized, science-based guidance for sustainable health and wellness.
